Yes. Every carton ships with an oil can, a tool set, screws and nuts and two spare wheels. Replacement wheels and parts are available separately.
Yes. Requirements differ by market — Saudi Arabia, for example, works through SASO/SABER. Tell us the destination and we will confirm in writing what is required, who arranges it and what it costs.
